Summary: Very peaceful setting, good property with good facilities. The approach road to the villa, Chemin de Salernes, has little traffic but can be a bit bumpy.

Summary: Amazing 2 weeks spent in this beautiful villa. Very well equipped. Stunning views and incredibly peaceful location. Extremely hot weather whilst there so very grateful for the lovely pool. Friendly welcome and great communication throughout.

Summary: The house is situated beautifully on the hill side with a wonderful unobstructed view over vast green forest areas. The road leading to the house can be difficult to drive as it is uneven and since there is only room for one car. Occasionally, some space is left in the side of the road where you can pull over and let another car pass if needed. Just drive very carefully. The town of Contignac is closely situated and full of French atmosphere. The kitchen of the house is well equipped and there is a brand new BBQ outside. The pool is clean and well functioning. The owners respected our wish for privacy which is highly valued. There are only a few things we could have liked differently: We could have hoped for more comfortable mattresses in the beds. And we would have liked that the downstairs bedroom was better connected to the rest of the house. Other than that, we were very pleased with our stay and we would definitely rent this property again.

Summary: We stayed 14 days in a beautiful, total equiped house with our 2 children. We had a superb view from the covered terrace also from the great pool and we had a lot of fun at the BBQ terras with the table tennis. Cotignac is so close and has everything to offer to have a enjoyable stay! The ouwner is gentle and available when needed! We surely come back! Ann and Flor
